you have the rights or permission of the copyright holder to use the image;
you have permission from any person that appears in the image;

Where you are in breach of condition 15 or 16 you will pay any losses, costs or expenses we (or our suppliers) incur as a result of possession, printing, modification or other use of the image.
Debenhams will offer a refund or exchange where a product is defective. However, due to the personalised nature of the products available at www.mydebenhamsgiftcards.com Debenhams is unable to offer refunds where the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse; where personalised information is miss-spelt; where you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size; or as a result of the 14 day cooling off period afforded under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Transactions are managed on behalf of Debenhams by a third party (‘Nitecrest Limited’) and as such Debenhams accepts no responsibility for errors that occur as part of the payment process. All payment queries should be directed to Nitecrest Limited, 32 Marathon Place, Leyland, PR27 7QN.
Debenhams reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the gift card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
There is no right to cancel a gift card purchase once the gift card has been spent in full or in part.
